Reserve your early-bird slot
Ceramic coating requires a Gtechniq Accredited Detailer certification, a climate-controlled application bay, and a stocked product inventory — we're investing in all three and targeting a Q3 2026 launch. Call us to join the waitlist.
Waitlist benefits:
- •Priority scheduling — first 20 slots go to waitlist customers
- •Early-bird pricing — locked in below our launch rates
- •Free consultation when we go live — we inspect your paint and recommend the right package before you commit
- •Interim paint protection — while we ramp up, our Platinum Detail with machine wax gives you 2–3 month protection
Call 416-259-6565 and ask for "ceramic coating waitlist." We'll take your name, vehicle, and preferred month, and contact you the week we go live.
What is ceramic coating?
A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer containing silicon dioxide (SiO₂) that chemically bonds to your vehicle's factory clear coat, forming a transparent, durable protective layer with hardness rated at 9H on the pencil hardness scale — harder than any wax or sealant.
Once cured, this layer:
- •Sheds water at high contact angles (105°–115°), making rain and washes bead and roll off
- •Resists UV damage that causes paint to fade and oxidize
- •Repels bird droppings, tree sap, and bug splatter — giving you time to remove them before they etch
- •Adds deep gloss and depth visibly richer than a waxed finish
- •Reduces water spots and swirl marks over time because washes require less contact
Unlike wax (which lasts 6–12 weeks) or sealant (4–6 months), a properly applied ceramic coating lasts 2 to 5 years depending on the product tier and maintenance habits.

The application process — why prep matters more than the coating
A ceramic coating is only as good as the surface it bonds to. Any contaminant, swirl, or residue locked under the coating stays there for the life of the product. This is why proper application takes 1–3 days, not a few hours.
- •Wash & decontamination — pH-neutral shampoo, iron fallout remover, tar remover
- •Clay bar — removes bonded contaminants the wash can't reach
- •Paint correction — machine polish with Rupes and Flex tools, multiple pad/compound grades
- •IPA wipe-down — strips polishing oils so coating bonds to bare clear coat
- •Climate-controlled bay — applied at 18–22°C in our enclosed bay, not outdoors
- •Minimum 12 hours cure before you drive it
In the meantime — what we offer for paint protection today

Frequently asked questions
When will you launch ceramic coating?
We're targeting Q3 2026, but this depends on Gtechniq certification scheduling and the buildout of our application bay. Waitlist customers get notified first — typically 2–3 weeks before we take public bookings.
How does the waitlist work?
Call 416-259-6565 and ask for the ceramic coating waitlist. We take your name, phone, vehicle, and preferred month. No deposit, no commitment. When we go live, we contact waitlist customers first with early-bird pricing and priority scheduling.
What do you offer for paint protection right now?
Our Platinum Detail includes a premium hand wax that provides 2–3 months of hydrophobic protection and deep gloss. It's a solid interim option before ceramic. We also offer standalone paint correction to prep your vehicle — when ceramic launches, we can skip the correction step and save you time.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches once you're offering it?
It prevents light swirl marks from wash mitts, drying towels, and everyday handling — but it won't stop rock chips, keys, shopping carts, or brush scratches. For chip protection, you need PPF (paint protection film), which is a different product.
Will ceramic coating make my car easier to clean?
Dramatically easier. Dirt and water don't bond to the coated surface, so most contamination rinses off without soap. Bug splatter and bird droppings wipe off with a simple pre-rinse. This is why condo owners and commuters love it.
I'm on the waitlist. What happens next?
Nothing from you — we call or text you the week of launch with your early-bird pricing and available slots. If you change vehicles or your plans shift, just let us know and we'll update your reservation.
