Why Choose Us

Built on Trust

Insurance Direct Billing

We work directly with Aviva, Intact, TD, Travelers, Economical, CAA, Allstate, Wawanesa, Desjardins, and most other Ontario insurers. You pay only your deductible — we invoice the rest to your insurer.

Colour Match Guarantee

Spectrophotometer paint matching reads your actual paint shade and accounts for fade. For tri-coat pearls and candies, we blend into adjacent panels so the repair is invisible under any lighting.

I-CAR Trained Technicians

Every body tech in our shop has I-CAR certification. Frame and structural repairs are measured on our frame bench and signed off — not eyeballed.

Lifetime Paint Warranty

Our paint and refinish work carries a lifetime warranty against peeling, bubbling, or delamination for as long as you own the vehicle. Body labour is lifetime too.

Process

How It Works

01

Free Estimate

Bring your vehicle in or send photos. We'll assess damage and provide a detailed written quote — usually within 30 minutes for straightforward damage.

02

Insurance Coordination

If the repair is insurance-covered, we contact your adjuster, submit the estimate, order parts, and handle supplements if we find damage during teardown.

03

Repair & Paint

Structural repair first, then panel work, primer, base coat, clear coat — all in our downdraft spray booth. Rental car coordinated with Enterprise or Discount.

04

Quality Check & Pickup

Final inspection, buffing, wash, and detail. Post-collision alignment if needed. You leave with a vehicle that looks factory-correct.

FAQ

Common Questions

No. In Ontario you have the legal right to choose your collision repair shop. Your insurer can recommend, but cannot require. If pressured, say you'd like to use AllCars Service — they'll open the claim.

Yes — we work directly with all major Ontario insurers including Aviva, Intact, TD, Travelers, Economical, CAA, Allstate, Desjardins, and Wawanesa. We handle paperwork, estimates, and supplements.

Minor bumper or fender repair: 3–5 business days. Multi-panel damage: 10–15 days. Frame/structural: 15–25 days. Delays are almost always parts availability — we order the minute the adjuster approves.

Yes. We use a spectrophotometer to read your vehicle's actual shade (which accounts for sun fade and manufacturing batch variance). For tri-coat pearls and candies we blend into adjacent panels.

We push for OEM on safety-related components — bumper reinforcements, airbag sensors, crumple zones. For cosmetic parts, we use whatever your insurer approves. You can always pay the difference to upgrade to OEM.

If your policy includes loss of use coverage (most standard Ontario policies do), we coordinate a rental with Enterprise or Discount directly — you're picked up from our shop. For short jobs (under 3 days) we sometimes have a shop loaner available.

Lifetime warranty on our paint and refinish labour for as long as you own the vehicle. Body labour is also lifetime. OEM and quality aftermarket parts carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months).
