Process

How It Works

01

Book or Drop In

Call, text, book online, or just drive in. Describe the issue — noise, warning light, feel — or tell us what service you need. Walk-ins welcome weekdays.

02

Diagnose & Quote

We inspect, scan, drive if needed. Then write a clear quote with parts and labour itemized. Nothing happens without your approval — even if we're mid-job and find something new.

03

Repair & Road Test

Professional repair with OEM/quality parts. Road test to confirm the fix. Final scan to clear codes. Full quality check before you get the keys.

04

Pickup & Follow-Up

You get an itemized invoice, warranty documentation, and notes on what to watch for. We'll call a week later to make sure everything's still good.

FAQ

Common Questions

Every 5,000–8,000 km or every 6 months on synthetic oil, whichever comes first. Vehicles with older oil-change indicators (every 3,000 km) are outdated — modern synthetics last longer. Check your owner's manual.

Squealing, grinding, soft pedal, longer stopping distance, vibration when braking, or brake warning light — any of these means bring it in. We offer free brake inspections — no obligation to fix here.

Depends on whether it's steady or flashing. Steady: drivable, but get it scanned soon — could be a loose gas cap or an O2 sensor. Flashing: pull over safely and get it towed. Flashing light means active misfire which can destroy the catalytic converter.

Yes. Modern engines (2005+) are designed for synthetic. It flows better cold, lasts longer, handles Ontario temperature extremes. Cost difference is minimal, benefit is engine longevity. We recommend synthetic for almost every vehicle.

Yes — domestic, European, Asian. Sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid. For specialty vehicles (pre-1990 classics, EVs with dealer-only systems), call first — we're honest about what's within our scope.

No — federal Canadian law (Competition Act) guarantees your right to service at independent shops without voiding warranty, as long as we use quality parts and follow manufacturer procedures. We keep records for you.

Yes — a detailed mechanical and body inspection with written report. Bring the vehicle (or we can meet at seller's location by appointment) and we'll tell you everything — mechanical issues, accident history indicators, estimated costs of anything needed.
